Her career spans more than 30 years in clinical research, where she has driven growth and operational excellence while advancing therapies across oncology, rare diseases, cell and gene therapy, and neuroscience. Recognized as a trusted leader, Rachel is known for strengthening client relationships and inspiring teams to consistently exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Allucent, Rachel served as CCO at Veristat and CTI and as group vice president at Clario. Throughout her career, she has scaled commercial operations, modernized go-to-market strategies, and built agile, high-performing teams across CRO and life sciences organizations.
