Johnson Sunassee

Johnson Sunassee has work experience as an Application Engineer at Alludo since September 2022. In this role, they are familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office utilities, as well as macOS and Linux. Johnson has experience in micro management, remote session desktop, knowledge base management, and managing support for Parallels products on social media.

Prior to Alludo, Johnson worked at Orange Business Services from November 2016 to September 2022. Johnson started as a Service Desk Analyst, where they created tickets, verified network routers, and provided front office and alarm supervision. Johnson also received requests and incident reports from customers and ensured excellent customer service. Later, they became an Incident Management Specialist responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, sorting, and recording failures encountered by clients. Johnson also participated in the development of support tools and proposed necessary modifications for improving service quality. Johnson is familiar with network structure and is accountable for their work.

Johnson Sunassee attended the University of Mauritius from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology.
