Kavitha Jayaram

Kavitha Jayaram has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Kavitha is currently working as a Product Manager at Alludo since March 2022. Previously, they served as a Product Lead at Jio from March 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Contact Experience at Airtel from October 2016 to February 2019. Kavitha also gained experience as a Lead in Online Customer Experience at Bharti Airtel Services from September 2015 to October 2016. Before joining Airtel, they worked at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd from June 2012 to September 2015, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Self Care (Website & Mobile App), Manager of Social Media & Online Community, and Program Manager of 4G Trial Employee Launch. Kavitha'scareer began at Samsung India Software Operations as a Senior Software Engineer in GUI Design and Development for Multi-Function Peripherals from July 2007 to June 2010.

Kavitha Jayaram completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2010 to 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where they pursued an MBA/PGDM degree with a focus on Marketing and General Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended the College of Engineering Trivandrum, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science.

Additionally, Kavitha Jayaram has also acquired additional certifications. In November 2021, they completed the "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in June 2021, they obtained the "Marketing Tools: SEO" certification, also from LinkedIn.
