Technical Support Engineer - RAS at Alludo

Shakti Singh R. has a diverse work history, beginning in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Teleforma Mauritius LTD. In 2009, they worked briefly at Appollo Blake as a Customer Service Representative. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Service Support Specialist at Intelenet Mauritius LTD. Shakti Singh then joined Winner's in 2012 as an IT Support Officer, a role they held until 2020. In 2020, Shakti took on the position of Network Operations Center Engineer at Rank Interactive, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they are working as an Intermediate Technical Support Engineer at both Alludo and Corel Corporation.

Shakti Singh R. has an extensive education history. In 1998, they attended International College, where they obtained their School Certificate. In 2005, they studied at Bhujoharry College and earned a Higher School Certificate in Accounting. Continuing their education, Shakti pursued a Certificate of Cisco Network Academy from the University of Mauritius in 2013. In 2014, they completed the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) program at TPLC- Professional learning and Training Centre in Mauritius. Shakti then enrolled in Université de Limoges in 2019, where they received a Diplôme in Génie Logiciel. Simultaneously, in the same year, they started studying Software Engineering at UNIVERSITÉ DES MASCAREIGNES, obtaining a Diploma in this field in 2022. Currently, Shakti is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at UNIVERSITÉ DES MASCAREIGNES, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
