Jade Gold has over 10 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as the Executive Director of Communications for Alluma, where they provide technology solutions and consulting services to government agencies, nonprofits, and other partners. From 2019-2022, they worked as a Field Producer for TV One's For My Man - Season 6 and Oxygen's Snapped Behind Bars Season 1 at The Production Hive, an On Air Talent for HGTV Travel, a Pre Production Producer for TVOne's For My Man (Season 6) at Jupiter Entertainment, an Associate Producer/Field Producer for Party Mamma's Season 1-2 at WeTV, a Story Producer/Field Producer for My Fair Wedding Season 5-7 at WeTV, an Associate Producer (Post) for Portals to Hell Season 1 at the Travel Channel, and a Production Assistant for My Sweet 16 Season 3-5 at Viacom. In 2014, they became the Operations Sales Training Director, Sales Strategy Roadmap, and Learner-Centric Instructional Design for Sunnova. Since 2010, they have been the CEO/Founder, Motivational Speaker, Health & Fitness Coach, and Personal/Corporate Trainer for JadeGoldFitness, where they develop and executes business growth, branding, and marketing strategies.

Jade Gold has an extensive educational background. Jade began their studies in 1997, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management from Nova Southeastern University. Jade then earned a Master's degree in Organizational Global Leadership from Gonzaga University between 2017 and 2018. In 2019, they earned a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD- Doctor of Communications in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Liberty University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
