Housing Partnerships Manager at Allume Energy

Will Anstee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Will started their career as a Senior Sales Assistant at Cotton On Group in 2013, where they provided support across multiple brands and worked closely with managers to achieve sales targets and manage stock. Will also took on a three-month contract role as Assistant Manager during this time.

In 2015, Anstee started their own business, MaximumLEDS, specializing in automotive LED products. As the business owner, they managed all aspects of the e-commerce business, including accounts, marketing, and international procurement.

Anstee then transitioned into the renewable energy sector, joining Suntrix Solar and Battery Storage in 2021 as a Graduate Project Manager. In this role, they managed commercial solar projects for private and public sector clients, ranging in size from 5 to 100 kW. Will also coordinated stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycles.

Currently, Anstee is working at Allume Energy, starting in 2022. Will has held several roles within the company, including Business Development Consultant, Housing Partnerships Consultant, and currently, Housing Partnerships Manager. Will'sresponsibilities involve facilitating shared solar projects for various residential and commercial sectors, such as social housing and premium multi-residential.

Overall, Will Anstee has acquired valuable experience in sales, business ownership, and project management, with a particular focus on renewable energy solutions.

Will Anstee earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Environmental Systems and Chemistry from the University of South Australia from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Red Cliffs Secondary College from 2010 to 2015, where they studied subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, Mathematical Methods, Further Mathematics, English, and Product Design/Technology. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Project Management at the University of South Australia.
