Roxane Sexton is a seasoned HR recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Principal at Allura Partners since March 2025, Roxane specializes in placing C-Suite leaders for private equity firms and has contributed to expanding services to major ASX-listed and private enterprises in Australia. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director at Frazer Jones, where Roxane recruited mid to senior HR roles in the private sector, as well as management roles at Collas Crill and Charterhouse Professional Support. Roxane holds a BA in History from the University of Leeds and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Australian Business Academy.
