Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the building materials industry. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager East at Allura™ Fiber Cement Products since January 2015, Rick has held various strategic roles including Strategic Account Manager and Territory Manager. Prior positions include District Manager at Norandex Building Materials and General Manager at Greene Building Supply. Rick's background includes significant leadership roles at Norandex Distribution Company, where management of a Southeast region with over $60 million in revenue was executed, and across multiple positions at Lansing Building Products, ultimately rising to the VP of Window and Door Operations. A strong track record of driving business growth, developing successful teams, and implementing effective management structures is evident throughout Rick's career. Rick holds an education from Central Piedmont Community College.
