Emily Dykstra

Emily Dykstra has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Emily currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Allure Healthcare Services since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Director of Operations at Allure Healthcare Services from November 2019 to January 2024. Before joining Allure Healthcare Services, they served as a Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Meridian Senior Living from December 2017 to November 2019. Emily also has experience as an Administrator (LNHA) at Regency Care of Sterling, WW Healthcare Consultants, LLC from March 2014 to December 2017. Emily started their career as an Administrator (LNHA) at Petersen Health Care from October 2012 to March 2014. In addition, they worked as an Assistant Director of Case Management at CGH Medical Center from November 2011 to October 2012. Emily began their healthcare career as an RN Case Manager at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa from November 2009 to November 2011 and also worked as an Emergency Department RN from May 2007 to November 2009.

Emily Dykstra earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science (RN) in Nursing from Scott Community College from 2002 to 2007. Emily then pursued a Bachelors of Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University from 2009 to 2011.
