Talia Gutierrez has a strong background in the beauty industry and media. Talia is currently an Associate Manager of Special Projects at Allure Magazine, where they oversee various initiatives and projects. Prior to this role, Talia held positions at Allure as an Editorial Beauty Writer and Producer and a Beauty Assistant. In these roles, they covered beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovators. Talia also played a key role in producing social content and Allure Live segments, as well as spearheading the annual Best of Beauty Awards.

Before joining Allure, Talia worked as a Beauty Assistant at both Glamour and Vogue magazines, where they gained experience in covering beauty trends, launches, and product intake.

Talia served as an International Programming, Format Production and Acquisitions Coordinator at A+E Networks, where they were responsible for coordinating with global channel partners and supporting senior directors in the programming development and format production process. Talia also worked as an Associate Producer at Red Storm Sports Broadcasting, where they webcasted live stream multi-camera televised sporting events for St. John's University. Talia apprenticed alongside ESPN 3, Fox Sports, and Big East Media during this role.

Talia's work experience also includes a Sports Live Broadcasting Internship at St. John's University Broadcasting, where they produced live broadcasts of various sports and filmed using a Canon XF305 camera. Talia Gutierrez attended JSerra High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a high school diploma. Talia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at St. John's University from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, Talia participated in the Discover The Word Global Studies Program at St. John's University Global Studies.
