Yanni Turner

Yanni Turner currently serves as Head of People at Alluvial since August 2023, leading the People & Talent initiatives for a company dedicated to promoting global adoption of liquid staking through the development of the Liquid Collective protocol. Prior to this role, Yanni held various positions at Chainalysis Inc. from August 2020 to August 2023, including Recruitment Manager for General & Administrative, Marketing, and Revenue Operations functions across the Americas, as well as leading teams in full lifecycle recruitment for business operations. Additional experience includes talent acquisition management at Transactis, a Mastercard company, and various recruitment consultative roles at Stott and May, Phaidon International, and earlier career positions. Yanni holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University at Buffalo and has participated in speaking engagements related to recruitment and crypto compliance.
