Jason Havel

Jason Havel has amassed significant work experience in varied industries. Jason started their career as a Military Veteran and Entrepreneur with the United States Department of Defense in 1998, ventured into teaching at the United States Air Force in 2011, and returned to various roles within the Air Force until their retirement in 2018.

Since then, they have worked as a Project Manager at Entech Innovative Engineering, Senior Program Manager at Launch On Demand, and Sr. Principle Project Manager at Northrop Grumman. Jason's work responsibilities included leading teams, managing account portfolios, building processes, and driving change across the themed entertainment, space launch industry, and data analytics and visualization fields.

Currently, Jason is the Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at Alluvionic Inc., where they head cross-functional teams to develop software and data visualization tools. Jason is an accomplished leader, having tenured various roles that earned him several certifications, such as Northrop Grumman's Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Control Accounts Manager (CAM) Certifications.

Jason Havel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Western Michigan University in 1996. Jason then continued their education at Webster University from 2000-2004, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. In 2011-2012, they attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College, where they received a Master of Arts (MA) in Advanced Military and Operational Studies. Jason also attended Squadron Officer School in 2005 and USAF Air War College from 2012-2013, where they earned an Executive Level Certification. Additionally, in 2018, they completed a course at the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI) that led to him obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
