Petter Nyman

Petter Nyman is a Principal Consultant at Alluvium Consulting, specializing in modeling and advanced spatial analytics for land and water management sectors since April 2022. Concurrently, Petter serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, where responsibilities include ecohydrology and geomorphology research and student supervision since January 2014. Petter's previous roles include Associate Consultant at Jacobs, Senior Consultant at Alluvium Group, and various research positions with prominent organizations such as the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC and the U.S. Geological Survey. Petter holds a PhD in Hydrology, a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Natural Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science, all from the University of Melbourne and James Cook University.
