Wei Lv

Wei Lv began their professional career in 2007 as a Summer Intern at BearingPoint. In 2008, they worked as a Summer Intern at CICC. In 2009, they were promoted to Analyst at CICC. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Investment Manager at IDG-Accel/IDG Capital Partners, focusing on consumer sector and TMT sector, especially in food and beverages, apparel, retail and conducting industry research and evaluating investment opportunities. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Principal at GX Capital (光信资本), leading an investment team and investing in Healthcare, TMT and Consumer. Since 2018, they have been a Senior Investment Director of M&A department at Baidu, responsible for deal origination, execution and portfolio management and investing in Bilibili, 长趣（Education）, 有赞（SaaS）, 蚕蛹互动（Gaming）, 黄油相机（Photo Editor）, 松鼠文档（Collaboration OA) and etc. Since 2022, they have been the Chief Of Staff at Alluxio, Inc., working closely with the CEO for Strategy, Operation, Administration in China and US office and responsible for financing of the company.

Wei Lv received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in 2009. From 2007 to 2008, they participated in an exchange program at Miami University in Accounting. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
