Elmer Bol

Elmer Bol has an extensive work experience in the technology industry, beginning with their role as a Managing Consultant in Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals at IBM in 2006. Elmer then took on the role of Co-Founder & CEO at Alice Labs B.V. in 2009, where they were responsible for bringing several software products to market and enabling the company to build next generation 3d visualization technology. In 2011, they joined Autodesk as the Director of Market Development and Director of Product Management. In 2015, they were promoted to Product & Business Unit Director, where they were responsible for successfully bringing to market and driving adoption of emerging products.

In 2017, Elmer Bol became a Co-Founder/Board Member of Allvision IO, a reality capture company, and Business Strategy & Technology Advisor/Investor at Elmbo B.V., helping corporations and start-ups with development, adoption and go to market of new software technologies. Elmer also began advising several IT technology start-ups to bring their products to market and assisting with raising venture funding. In 2018, they became a Co-Founder/Advisor at Audus B.V., and in 2019 they became an Advisor at Dutch DNA Biotech BV. In 2020, they began advising/investing at Tzuza, and in 2021 they joined Epic Games as a Product Director.

Elmer Bol completed their MBA at Webster Vienna Private University in 2002, with a focus in Business Administration. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from HHS in 2001, and a Propadeus in Chemical Engineering from Delft Institute of Technology in 1997.
