Andrew Ranslam has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew is currently working as a Lead PM at Allvue Systems, where they lead a software development team and manages software implementations and consulting projects. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at FINXFLO, a hybrid liquidity aggregator. Andrew also worked as a Venture Capital Analyst and Project Manager in a VC Fund at Flagship Endeavors, where they developed ventures in emerging industries. Additionally, Andrew has experience as the Director of Operations at Little West, a health and wellness company specializing in cold-pressed juice, and as an Asset Management Associate at a Family Office, where they focused on investments in real estate and innovative blockchain and cryptocurrency projects. Andrew has also worked as an FP&A Associate at Easyship, a cloud-based shipping platform, and as a Project Management Associate at Silver Yachts, a luxury yacht builder. Furthermore, Andrew served as a Venture Capital and Business Development Analyst at GnB Accelerator, where they assisted early-stage tech companies and connected them with investors. Andrew started their career as a Project Manager for Startup Strategy & Business Development at ASTAR, an augmented reality startup. Throughout their career, Andrew has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Andrew Ranslam completed their Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Global Business from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended The American University of Paris in 2014 and 2015, studying Philosophy, Politics, and Law. Before their college years, Andrew completed their education at Bali International School from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate with a focus on Economics, English, Mathematics, Biology, Theatre, and Spanish. Andrew attended Canggu Community School (CCS) in 2008 and North Jakarta International School (NJIS) from 2001 to 2007, completing middle school and grade school, respectively.
