Elodie Tomson

Elodie Tomson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at American Maritime Officers Plans. In this role, they were responsible for managing various HR functions.

In 2016, Elodie joined The Art Institutes as an HR Generalist II. Elodie handled recruitment processes, benefit enrollment, policy clarification, and employee relations. Elodie also managed payroll and organized special projects and events.

In 2018, Elodie became a Human Resource Manager at AltaReturn. Elodie worked on transactional functions of the HR Department.

Since September 2019, Elodie has been working at Allvue Systems as the Head of Human Resources. Elodie manages a team of HR professionals and is involved in developing and implementing HR strategies, improving communications and policies, and facilitating employee engagement. Elodie also played a critical role in the merger between AltaReturn and Black Mountain.

Elodie Tomson attended Keiser University-Ft Lauderdale from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management.
