Lorraine Silvagnoli, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lorraine is currently working at Allvue Systems in the People Operations role since May 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at United Way of Miami-Dade, where they held various roles including Sr. Coordinator of Recruitment, Sr. Coordinator of Human Resources, Human Resources Coordinator, and Senior Administrator EHS-CCP from 2015 to 2021. Lorraine also worked as a Talent Specialist at ManpowerGroup from 2013 to 2014, where their responsibilities included screening and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining client relationships, and handling general HR duties. Before that, they worked in sales at Pasitos Boutique from 2012 to 2014.
