Julian Patterson, MPA has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and employee relations. Julian currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Allwel since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Administrator of Employee and Labor Relations at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Partner at Elderwood. Julian's earlier experiences include being an Employee Relations Specialist at Buffalo Public School System from 2017 to 2019 and a Benefits Specialist at Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled from 2014 to 2018. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing employee relationships, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, and analyzing employee data. Julian has also been responsible for administering benefits programs and educating employees about benefits packages.
Julian Patterson, MPA has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication, General from Canisius University. Julian also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Buffalo State University, specializing in Public Administration.
