Andrew Nies is an experienced professional specializing in geophysics and engineering inspections. Currently serving as a Senior Inspector at GeoTek since August 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Special Inspector at ALLWEST, focusing on special inspections, construction materials testing, and occupational radiation safety from July 2018 to August 2024. Andrew’s earlier roles include Engineering Technician at Martinez Associates, where responsibilities encompassed construction materials and laboratory testing, and a Geosteering Technician at Monaco Services, providing geological services for drilling operations in the Williston Basin. Andrew's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics with a geology emphasis from Boise State University and partial completion of a Master of Science in Geological Sciences at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
