Dwan L. Gilliom

Associate Vice President at Allworld Project Management

Dwan L. Gilliom has extensive experience in the public works and facilities management sectors. Dwan L. has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2008 to 2015, they served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Memphis, where they were responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the city's infrastructure and waste management. In 2015, they briefly worked as the Public Works Director for the City of Shreveport before joining Shelby County Schools as the Executive Director of Facilities Management in 2016. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of the department, including maintenance, construction, and planning functions. In 2017, Dwan became the President/CEO of Infinity Client Services, LLC, before transitioning to the role of Chief Administrative Officer for Shelby County Government in 2019. Currently, they are the Associate Vice President of the Water Resource Department at Allworld Project Management, overseeing the City of Memphis Stormwater Quality and Quantity Program.

Dwan L. Gilliom completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from LeMoyne-Owen College. This educational journey spanned from 1994 to 1999. Later on, Dwan pursued a Master's Degree in Operations Management and Supervision at the University of Arkansas, attending from 2002 to 2004.
