Jeffrey Green

Jeffrey Green is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Allworth Financial since September 2025, Jeffrey previously held multiple senior positions at Osaic from August 2016 to August 2025, including Chief Human Resources Officer, where responsibility included overseeing a comprehensive total rewards strategy and leading various HR teams. Past roles also include Senior Vice President and interim Chief Human Resources Officer at Osaic, as well as positions at AIG, LyondellBasell, and Comerica Bank. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Foresight and Future Studies from the University of Houston.
