Hazel Carson

Hazel Carson is an experienced Employee Relations Specialist currently working at Allwyn UK since February 2024, and previously held similar positions at Camelot from April 2023 to February 2024 and at the NHS as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor from December 2020 to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Hazel was associated with Tesco from 2006 to March 2020, where various management roles included People Associate, Regional Learning Partner, People Partner (HRBP), Store Manager, and numerous Customer Assistant roles while studying. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City St George’s, University of London, obtained between 2009 and 2011, and a CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources from ICS Learn, completed in 2020. Additionally, Hazel has pursued further education in Expert Facilitation through a City & Guilds Accredited Programme and is currently enrolled in the Virtual Employment Law Academy until March 2024.
