Previously, he held various supply chain management roles at companies such as Camelot, NutriCentre, and Staples, where he managed inventory, vendors, and key business transformation projects. Matt has extensive experience in building and overseeing supply chain functions, as well as ensuring optimal inventory levels and in-stock results.
