Naida Buljugic

Naida Buljugic currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Allwyn, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Naida was the Head of HR for Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries from January 2018 to September 2023. Naida's extensive experience at UniCredit spanned from August 2012 to December 2017, where Naida held multiple leadership roles in HR, including Head of HR CEE CIB & PB, and was responsible for Executive Development and Talent Management. Naida also served as Head of HR for Group Risk Management and Internal Audit. Naida's earlier roles include significant HR positions within the OSCE, beginning in 1998, where Naida contributed to the establishment of HR policies and recruitment processes. Naida holds a Mag. phil. degree in English and Arabic from the University of Vienna and has pursued further education at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
