Prior to Ally Bridge Group, Tian was an equity research associate at Needham & Company, covering over 25 US companies across both biopharma and specialty pharma sectors. Tian is a pharmacist by training, with over 5 years of experience across both retail and clinical pharmacy settings. Tian received his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Rutgers University.
