Brandon Stepp

Brandon Stepp is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as an Assistant Estimator at Ally Construction Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of Project Estimator at Climatech, Inc. from December 2018 to July 2023, and worked as an Estimator at Hampton Mechanical Inc. from December 2013 to December 2018, where responsibilities included creating comprehensive scopes of work, conducting accurate takeoffs from blueprints, and providing pricing for job bids. Brandon began a career in the field as a Sheet Metal Apprentice, focusing on the fabrication and installation of duct work. Additional experience includes coaching at Shaler Area Inline Hockey between 2014 and 2016 and working as a Greeter at Eat n Park Restaurant from June 2011 to June 2013. Brandon completed education at AW Beattie Career Center and Shaler High School, earning a diploma in 2014.
