Jim Adams

Jim Adams has had a successful career in the construction and real estate industry. Jim began in 2001 as a Vice President at Blue Rock, where they worked until 2011. Jim then moved on to Jones Lang LaSalle, where they served as a Managing Director in Project & Development Services for six years. In 2017, they joined Cushman & Wakefield in the same role, and stayed with the company until 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Jim served as the Vice President of Development at MRA Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President at ALLY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES since 2023.

Jim Adams has an MBA from Rutgers University in the field of Business. Jim also has a degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University.
