Adam Q. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in board governance and leadership across various organizations. Currently, Adam serves as a Board Member at Holy Cross Energy, where responsibilities include chairing the Governance Committee after four years as Treasurer. Adam also represents Holy Cross Energy on the Board of the Colorado Rural Electric Association and holds a Board Member position at Walking Mountains Science Center, while chairing the Development Committee. As Founder and CEO of Lucas Point Ventures, Adam manages seed and early-stage investments, and serves as President of Pilgrim Downs Home Owners Association. Previous roles include Board Member at International House and North America Jury Chair for the Cartier Women’s Initiative. Adam has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and served as Executive in Residence at Hewlett Consulting Partners.
