Wendy Horn

Wendy Horn is currently the Executive Director at Ally Law. Prior to this, they were with Liftoff Marketing LLC and McDermott Will & Emery LLP, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer. During their time at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, they were responsible for integrating three administrative departments into a single cohesive marketing team. Wendy also launched a top client revenue enhancement initiative that included a client data portal, nightly flash report on pending new business opportunities, and competitive intelligence software to identify new business opportunities with existing clients. In addition, they implemented marketing technology tools such as Tikit, ContacNet, and blog software to both expand and better target the delivery of substantive information to clients. As a result of their efforts, the firm's key practice rankings improved in Chambers, Legal 500, ILFR, and PLC.
