Alyssa Napolitan has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in logistics and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Development Manager at Ally Logistics since May 2017, Alyssa has held various roles, including Account Manager Team Lead and Account Manager, showcasing strong leadership and operational skills. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan and as an Administrative Assistant at Major Pipeline, L.L.C. Additionally, Alyssa began their career in customer service as a Waitress at Port Huron Golf Club. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Grand Valley State University, completed in 2016, and graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 2012.
