Vanessa Llorente

Vanessa Llorente serves as the Vice President of Administration at Ally Senior Living since October 2022, leading numerous operational initiatives including project management, community acquisitions, and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked as an Operational Consultant from May 2022 to October 2022 and held various positions at Seasons Living from January 2019 to April 2022, ultimately becoming the Director of Culture and Leadership Development, focusing on employee development and talent acquisition. Vanessa's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at Koelsch Senior Communities LLC, where oversight of a 188-bed assisted living community was conducted, as well as Director of Community Relations, where efforts to drive occupancy through outreach and marketing were implemented.
