Amanda Broderick is a Human Resources Director with extensive experience in building agile and engaged organizations. From 2012 to 2015, Amanda served as the Director of Human Resources at Financial Aid Management for Education, Inc., where they developed infrastructure for a competitive market. Prior to this, Amanda held HR leadership roles at Coral Hospitality, Destination Hotels and Resorts, and Burroughs & Chapin Company, focusing on organizational change, employee morale, and best practices in HR. Currently, Amanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Charleston and an MBA in Organizational Development from Webster University.
