Carolyn Aranda, SPHR, has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, with significant experience in the healthcare education sector. From September 2012 to June 2015, Carolyn served as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Interim Talent Acquisition Manager at West Coast University, contributing to the institution's focus on healthcare education. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Carrington Colleges Group, Inc. and DeVry Inc. from April 2008 to September 2012, and held positions at River City Staffing, BlueYield, and Carrington College California. Carolyn's expertise also includes roles in employee relations and human resources management at Ally, where responsibility encompassed various aspects of HR functions.
