Ben Trachman

Ben Trachman is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Labor Relations at Brown University since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Labor & Employee Relations Manager at UMass Boston from December 2021 to April 2024, and previously worked as a Labor Relations Analyst. Ben's experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Compliance at Northeastern University from June 2019 to December 2021, and as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Howard University from May 2017 to May 2019. Ben Trachman earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Michigan.
