With over 36 years in the automotive financial services industry, Mike has previously held roles at Ally Financial Inc. and GMAC, demonstrating expertise in negotiation, coaching, sales, and customer retention. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Oakland University.
