Derek Bell has 40 years of experience in the technology industry, having served as CEO of CMS IP Technologies, President of USConnect, and Chief Revenue Officer at General Informatics. They were awarded the Robert Swerdlow Small Business of the Year and the Small Business of the Year Award by the State of Texas in 2014. Currently, at Allygnment Services, Derek is the Head Coach, where they utilize their extensive executive experience to mentor emerging leaders. They continue their education at Baylor University.
