Amar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Leader of Talent Acquisition at AllyGrow Technologies since March 2024, Amar devises staffing practices aligned with the growth of the AllyGram Division. Previously, Amar held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Ascendion from 2017 to 2022, where responsibilities included innovating recruitment practices in line with the PRODUCT Division's growth. Prior to that role, Amar worked as a Global Recruitment Head from 2004 to 2017, providing leadership and direction in global technology recruitment strategies. Amar holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras.
