Karen Veltri

Karen Veltri started their career in 2004 at Judy Diamond Associates, Inc. as a Senior Research Associate, where they provided technical assistance and managed a portfolio of corporate accounts. Karen then became the Manager of Database Operations, where they directed a cold-calling data collection process and computerized the project to improve efficiency.

In 2009, Karen joined Summit Business Media as a Project Manager, where they liaised with the database development team and created and prioritized maintenance release schedules. Karen later joined ALM in 2012 as an Operations Manager, where they wrote business requirements and approved project plans and design mockups.

At Tech 2000, Karen worked as a Senior Business Operations Specialist & Project Manager, where they created software quality assurance processes and managed development projects. Karen also worked as a Manager of Admin & Compliance, where they reviewed contracts, managed vendor relationships, and created and managed budgets.

Karen returned to ALM in 2017, initially as the Director of Product for ALM Intelligence, where they were responsible for project stakeholder management and successfully launched a flagship product. Karen then progressed to roles such as Senior Director of Strategy and Communication, Senior Director of Enterprise Platforms and Solutions, and currently serves as the VP of Program Management. In these roles, they have spearheaded new product strategies, managed enterprise applications teams, and led strategic initiatives for the Global Technology Services division. Karen has also served as a business technology partner for C-Suite members and senior leadership, managed vendor relationships, and represented both the CIO and business unit leaders on cross-functional committees.

Karen Veltri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2003.
