Nicole Kwiecien

Nicole Kwiecien is a seasoned professional in product strategy and client success, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Strategy and Sales Success (Digital) at ALM since September 2022. In this role, Nicole guides the creation, implementation, and promotion of digital media products and integrated marketing campaigns, managing a variety of product-related content for internal and client-facing purposes. Prior to ALM, Nicole held positions at Sterling as a Strategic Client Success Partner and Senior Account Manager, at Smithers Apex as Senior Business Development Manager - Americas, and at PR Newswire as Account Manager, all of which involved overseeing complex projects and enhancing client relationships. Nicole also gained early experience at Citizens Bank, Clear Channel, and FOX 8 News, establishing a strong foundation in account management and customer service. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Baldwin Wallace University.
