Rachael Toovey

Rachael Toovey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachael is currently employed at ALM, where they started as the Head of Operations for ALM Memberships in January 2019. Rachael then served as the Community Director for ALM Memberships from January 2021 to October 2021. Following that, they worked as the Membership Event Director from October 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director of Membership Operations at ALM since July 2022.

Before joining ALM, Rachael worked at Solterbeck as a Travel and Event Coordinator from July 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, they were an Events Coordinator at Event Travel Management ANZ from May 2016 to June 2017. Their early work experience includes a role as a Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group from October 2013 to February 2015.

Rachael Toovey completed a Diploma of Event Management at the College of Event Management from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate III in Travel from Franklyn Scholar in 2014 and a Certificate II in Tourism from the Flight Centre Travel Academy in 2013.
