Susanna M. is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in customer experience management and strategic marketing initiatives. At Electric Ireland, Susanna held roles as Smart Meter Customer Communications Manager and Smart Meter Customer Experience Manager from May 2020 to February 2024. Previously, Susanna worked at Mastercard from April 2010 to January 2017 as Assistant Marketing Manager for Merchant Partnerships, focusing on the launch of the Priceless Cities platform in Australasia, and as Marketing Assistant for Sponsorships and Partnerships, managing a significant marketing budget for the Rugby World Cup 2011.
