Aizada Marat

Aizada Marat is the CEO and Founder of Alma since July 2023 and has been hosting at SV Icons from September 2021. Prior professional experience includes serving as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from December 2021 to April 2023 and at Cooley LLP from April 2019 to November 2021, with admissions to practice law in New York and California. Aizada worked as a Lawyer at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2015 to 2017 and held the position of Deputy Dean at the Law School of Kyrgyz National University from 2012 to 2014. Aizada holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School and has participated in a summer program at the University of Oslo.
