Deirdre Hargrove-Krieghoff

Deirdre Hargrove-Krieghoff, MBA, is an accomplished consultant at Alma Advisory Group since March 2022, specializing in enhancing organizational culture and performance. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Hargrove-Krieghoff served as Senior Executive for Workforce Strategy and Chief of Human Resources at Madison Metropolitan School District, overseeing strategic human resource initiatives within Wisconsin's second-largest school system.
