Vanda Lugarov

Vanda Lugarov currently serves as the Head of HR at Alma Career, overseeing HR functions across eight countries and driving international initiatives in leadership development and organizational structure since December 2023. Previously, Vanda held the position of Head of HR at MojPosao (Tau on-line d.o.o.) from April 2008 to November 2023, focusing on revitalizing HR processes, people development, and managing HR systems across multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Vanda's experience includes significant roles in finance and accounting, demonstrating strong capabilities in strategic business planning and financial management. Vanda holds a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is also an alumna of SELECTIO HR Academy.
