Emilio García

Emilio García is the current Property Director at Alma CG España. Prior to this, they were with Ayming for 6 years and 7 months, where they held various positions such as Director Linea de Negocio Property (Impuestos locales, Gestión de Activos y Energía), Director Departamento Property Advisory, and more. In their most recent role, they were responsible for leading a team of experts in detecting and managing opportunities for optimization of local taxes, including IBI, IAE, ICIO, and IIVTNU, resulting in significant savings on the payment of these taxes for our clients. Emilio has over 15 years of experience in tax optimization and is also certified in Consultoría de Energía and Gestión de Activos Fijos. Emilio currently manages a team of over 15 people with a departmental budget of 3M Euros.

Emilio García has a degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
