Shelly Buschle

Shelly Buschle has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Shelly started their career at Western Consolidated Technologies as a Sales Account Manager, where they conducted sales calls, negotiated contracts, and prepared quotes for custom molded rubber products. Shelly then worked at TDI Talking Phone Books as a Sales Associate and later became the Inside Sales Manager, where they managed a team, monitored sales calls, and developed selling techniques. At McLeodUSA, they served as an Outside Sales Representative, negotiating contracts for yellow page advertising and cold calling to develop new customers. Shelly then worked at Morning Star Publishing Company as an Advertising Sales Representative, handling customer contact, overcoming objections, and preparing sales contracts. Shelly also worked as a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist at Alpha Plastics, Inc. & Jer-Den Plastics, Inc., managing HR functions and benefits programs. Shelly served as the Executive Director at Gratiot County United Way, coordinating fundraising campaigns and achieving fundraising targets. At Alma College, they worked as the Engagement Coordinator, overseeing daily operations and managing alumni information. Most recently, Shelly held the position of Assistant Director of Admissions at Alma College before transitioning to their current role as the Senior Director of Recruitment.
