Rashi Khandelwal

Rashi Khandelwal has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and internships. Rashi most recently worked at AlmaConnect as a Business Operations/HR Manager, starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ZTE Corporation as a Human Resources Executive from May 2018 to April 2020. Rashi also had a brief stint at PolicyBazaar.com in 2018, where they worked in human resources from March to May.

Before joining ZTE Corporation, Rashi gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at the same company from September 2014 to August 2015. Their responsibilities included payroll processing, on-boarding, employee engagement activities, database management, and managing contractual employees.

Rashi also gained internships in human resources at Ogilvy & Mather in 2014 and The Coca-Cola Company in 2013. These experiences provided their with a foundation in HR practices and processes.

Rashi Khandelwal completed their education in a chronological order. Rashi first attended Swaraj India Public School in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh from 2001 to 2009, where they obtained their ISC (India) degree with a focus on commerce. After completing high school, they went on to study at Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur from 2009 to 2012, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Following this, Rashi pursued a Diploma in Interior Designing from INIFD, which they obtained in June 2009. Lastly, they attended Shanti Business School from 2012 to 2014 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources.
