Eitan Shushan

Eitan Shushan serves as the HR Director of International Sales & Company Organizational Development at Alma Lasers since December 2023. Previously, Eitan held various HR leadership roles at companies including Glassbox, Via, CyberArk, SCD, Shoham, and Intelligence, demonstrating extensive expertise in HR business partnering, organizational development, and change management. Notable achievements encompass the establishment of HR functions, development of employee career paths, integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, and the introduction of employee satisfaction dashboards and management tools. Eitan's educational background includes degrees in Sociology and Practical Organizational Sociology from the University of Haifa, alongside certifications in coaching and organizational mediation, as well as MBTI training.
