Nikol Lev

Nikol Lev has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and digital systems. nikol started their career as a head of manufacturing information systems at Strauss Group Inc. in 1997. nikol later worked as a senior consultant at Eshed engineering, where they led IT projects and guided field engineers. From 2002 to 2008, Nikol served as a SAP team manager at SONOL, where they led a team of SAP experts and managed the entire lifecycle of CRM, SD, and BW modules.

In 2008, Nikol became the SAP Director at SONOL, where they managed projects in different SAP modules and oversaw system design, deployment, and implementation. nikol then joined SONOL as the CIO and Director of IT in 2009, where they led a team of 40 people and implemented various innovative projects such as an electronic wallet payment system and point-of-sale systems. nikol also reduced IT costs and expenses by over 25% and consolidated multiple systems.

In 2012, Nikol worked as the CIO at Delek Nederland B.V. before joining Arkia Israeli airlines in 2014 as the VP CIO and digital. At Arkia, they managed about 120 systems, implemented new systems, and established a new website.

In 2020, Nikol joined Elmo Motion Control as the Global CIO and VP IT, where they served until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Global CIO VP of IT & Digital at Alma Lasers.

Nikol Lev's education history begins in 1994, when they attended Braude Academic College. They pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and successfully completed their studies in 1998. After a gap of several years, in 2020, Nikol Lev enrolled at Tel Aviv University to obtain a Diploma of Education with a specialization in directing.
